- Day 1: Arrival at Kigali International Airport, then transfer to your hotel.
- Day 2: Kigali to Bwindi (Rushaga) — Cross the border via Cyanika (approx. 6 hours drive). Afternoon visiting the Batwa community.
- Day 3: Gorilla Trekking — 15 minutes drive to the reception for briefing before trekking.
- Day 4: Rushaga to Queen Elizabeth National Park — Approx. 4 hours drive. Afternoon short game drive and boat cruise in the Kazinga Channel.
- Day 5: Queen Elizabeth to Kibale — Early game drive in Queen Elizabeth and approx. 4 hours drive to Kibale for overnight.
- Day 6: Kibale Chimps Tracking — Early morning departure from hotel to park reception for chimpanzee tracking briefing.
- Day 7: Kibale to Murchison Falls National Park — Approx. 7 hours drive to Murchison Falls for overnight.
- Day 8: Game Drive & Boat Cruise — Morning game drive, and afternoon Nile boat cruise to the base of the falls.
- Day 9: Murchison to Entebbe — Hike to the top of the falls, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary on the way; total drive approx. 6–7 hours to Entebbe for overnight.
- Day 10: Departure from Entebbe — Transfer from hotel to Entebbe airport with optional shopping depending on your flight.
